HOW TO PERSONALLY LOAD YOUR COMPUTER WITH FILES-MUSICS, VIDEOS, PICTURES, APPLICATIONS ETC.
  If you have read my previous articles on HOW TO DOWNLOAD MUSIC TO YOUR PHONE, A DO IT YOURSELF GUIDE, HOW TO START AND OPERATE A DOWNLOADING BUSINESS IN NIGERIA, you will agree with me that this topics relevance is on the high.
  So as an aspiring business man intending to venture into the downloading business, you need your computer loaded with music files and videos not to mention applications, pictures and phone soft wares which are on demand. So how possible is it to achieve this. The good news is that you can do it yourself if you don’t have enough money to pay someone else to transfer his own loaded files to yours. And so this is what we are going to deliberate on.
  The computer itself is empty when you purchase it but is capable of doing the work of loading itself only if you command and direct it to do so. This is made possible with software .Now before that let us get to know the nature of files and file types your phone accept.
  There are so many different types and kinds of file formats. For example the Mp3 that is popularly known is a type of file format. It is a universally accepted format for audio music and is accepted by phones, mp3 players, digital audio players name them. In so manner the video file format mostly accepted by phones is known as 3gp.
  There are many other types of audio file formats like the wma, Amr etc. Likewise the video, they come in different types like Mp4, Mp5, Amv, Avi, and so many others.
  The point to note is that you don’t just put any kind of file into a phone and expect it to play. If the phone doesn’t accept it, it won’t respond to the play button for example if you have a CD containing a track you wish to put into your phone, you don’t just copy the files from the Cd and paste it in your phone memory, it simply won’t play. You have to convert the file format of the Cd track to the file format accepted by your phone in this case the Mp3 or the 2gp.
  That is where you need the work of software known as converters. They do the work for you. You can purchase them at any software store/shop at low prices. You have to purchase both a video and audio converter. If you are lucky enough one converter can do both jobs. One of such software is the total video converter, TVC for short .This can convert both audio and video files and store them directly into your computer system. When you purchase this software, you have to install t into your computer. You either do it yourself or you go with your computer to the software store for them to do it for you. You can alternatively tell them to install it on their own system for you to learn the procedure so as to apply same to yours. If you wish to do it yourself, follow this guide. Insert the software Cd into your computer via the Cd drive. Double click on the Cd drive icon if the Cd does not display an auto run window automatically. Double click the total video converter folder and then double click on the setup icon .Read and follow the instructions clicking next until when you are done. Notice that it is unregistered You have to register it by copying and pasting the code that came with the software on the space meant for it The code will be found on the text document inside the cd software folder. After installation you are ready to make use of this powerful converter.
  Relaunch the program by double clicking the icon on the desktop. Notice that you have two new icons after installation on your desktop. One is the program itself the other is the total video player. This player is used to play files that are converted on the computer. You don’t have to put it on you phone because your phone already has inbuilt players both video and audio. But you can use it to test your converted files before transferring them to your phone.
  When the converter displays ,locate the new task button on the TVC window and click it. Click import files. Already you should have an audio cd in your cd drive or a video cd if you intend to convert video. A drop down menu will display when you click import files. Locate your cd drive icon and double click it .In the cd ROM folder choose the tracks you wish to convert and click the open tab on the TVC. A display window showing different types of file formats will show. You have to click the mp3 tab if you wish to convert to audio or the 3gp tab if video is your choice. A task window will show where you have to click the check buttons to fill the number of files you wish to convert. Finally click the convert now button to start the process of conversion. It normally will take a few times and the process is one by one ,i.e per track. When the conversion is complete a new window will display containing the converted files. You then rename them accordingly, copy and paste them into your memory card or send them through Bluetooth. Remember that you can make use of the help button at the top corner of the TVC if you encounter any difficulty.
  Notice that we used the TVC for this example. It is not the only converter .In fact there are several others. You can make use of the ones you find available since they follow the same process described above. Use the help option whenever you need direction as everything is explained there in details.
  For pictures, applications and phone software, you have to purchase the cds containing them in a local store/shop. Remember to buy cds and vcds of music files and videos you do not have, at the market in order to equip your computer with files.
  You can even download all of the above into your computer system from the internet. You must then know how to search out what you want and how to download them. Make use of powerful search engines for this purpose like Google, yahoo etc.
